Casa a due piani, da cielo a terra, a schiera dei primi anni del 900, nel rione marina in via Lepanto 14. E' una abitazione con a piano terra un soggiorno pranzo con divano letto e cucina completa.

Al primo piano ci sono una camera matrimoniale con servizi igienici privati e una stanza da bagno. La casa è stata ristrutturata nella primavera 2015 mantenendo le caratteristiche originali  modificandole solo per aggiornare i servizi igienici.

E' attrezzata con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata, riscaldamento. E' situata in centro a 50mt dalla stazione ferroviaria e dell'autobus, a 100 mt dal mare, dove oltre ai stabilimenti balneari c'è una spiaggia libera attrezzata.
